Thorsten Hampel said
your machine was sold by Ernst Schuster, Berlin. His logo was that hand.
On some machines he even erased the Brunsviga logos with this hand. Ernst
Schuster first sold the Brunsviga as an agent in Berlin (ca. 1895-1900)
and later produced his Berolina. Normally on your Brunsviga should appear
the patent dates on the left side, but I think yours was repainted. (Also
the hand is normally in black+green color emaile).
On some Brunsvigas you will see still the two holes were that hand was. (Later
it was often removed)
... it is a rare find!
